Hannah's middle school basketball team dropped two close games this week against opponents who were leaders in the conference.The first game was against Otwell. After the Eagles trailed for most of the game, they came back to close the gap at the end of the game, only to fall short by two, 27-25. Hannah had 5 points in the effort.
The second game of the week was against the undefeated Vickery Creek Vipers. Once again, the Eagles were down most of the game, but came back late in the fourth quarter to go ahead by two. A late surge by the Vipers pushed them ahead to a 30-26 win. Hannah had 3 points.
