For many Americans snow in the winter is no big deal, but for us Georgia residents we don't see the stuff very often. When we lived in Missouri it snowed a lot every winter, most times enough to make a really great snowman! Well, that's only happened once (briefly) a few years ago in Georgia.The Yarbroughs woke up to snow this morning before heading out to church. It was just a "dusting" obviously, but definitely qualified as "snow in Georgia." In fact, the North Georgia mountains were said by weather watchers to getting quite a pounding. The mountains are about an hour from our home.
