Snow in Georgia!

For many Americans snow in the winter is no big deal, but for us Georgia residents we don't see the stuff very often. When we lived in Missouri it snowed a lot every winter, most times enough to make a really great snowman! Well, that's only happened once (briefly) a few years ago in Georgia.

The Yarbroughs woke up to snow this morning before heading out to church. It was just a "dusting" obviously, but definitely qualified as "snow in Georgia." In fact, the North Georgia mountains were said by weather watchers to getting quite a pounding. The mountains are about an hour from our home.

Here are more snow photos.
